Valentine’s Date Makeup Look

This romantic date night look is my absolute favorite right now.  It has a couple of my staples included, and results in a romantic, feminine look.  I’ll note, I am definitely not a makeup artist, I have absolutely no training in cosmetics, but I do love playing with makeup, creating new looks for different occasions, and sharing some of my favorite products, like these ones:

For this flirty Valentine’s date night look,  I’m starting with a base of Too Faced Born This Way foundation in Nude and dabbed Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Aquacealer Concealer in the shade Light under my eyes and around any red spots. I highlighted and slightly bronzed my cheekbones with the Urban Decay Naked Illumination Trio (the palette is no longer on Sephora, but you can buy the individual shades here).  For my eyes, I applied the color Chopper from my Naked 2 Urban Decay palette all over my lid, then highlighted the corner of my eyes and my brow bone with the color Bootycall.  For the final touches I applied the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara to my lashes and applied my favorite long wear lipstick: Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid lipstick in the color Bang Bang, and then topped it off with a Smith and Cult lip gloss in The Warning.

I’m obsessed with this look and plan on wearing it for every day night for the foreseeable future, especially for Valentine’s Day!
